Our Commitment to Client Satisfaction

At Reveille Wealth Management LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional financial advisory services and ensuring complete client satisfaction. We understand that choosing a financial advisor is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident in your choice to work with us.

Service Agreement Terms

Our financial advisory services are provided under written agreements that outline the scope of services, fees, and terms of engagement. These agreements are designed to protect both parties and ensure clear communication about expectations and deliverables.

Clients may terminate their advisory relationship with Reveille Wealth Management at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, any prepaid but unearned fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of the termination date.

Fee Refund Policy

Financial Planning Fees: If you are not satisfied with our financial planning services within the first 30 days of engagement, we will refund any fees paid for planning services that have not yet been delivered.

Advisory Fees: Investment advisory fees are typically charged quarterly in advance. If you terminate your advisory relationship during a quarter, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of that quarter.

Transaction-Based Fees: Fees associated with specific transactions or product purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been completed, as these fees are paid to third parties for services rendered.

Investment Product Returns

Many investment products, including mutual funds, annuities, and insurance products, have specific return or cancellation provisions governed by the product issuer and applicable regulations:

  • Mutual Funds: Most mutual funds do not have a return policy, but you can sell your shares at the current net asset value (NAV) at any time, subject to any applicable redemption fees or restrictions.
  • Annuities: Many annuity contracts include a "free look" period (typically 10-30 days) during which you can cancel the contract and receive a full refund of your premium.
  • Life Insurance: Life insurance policies typically include a "free look" period (usually 10-30 days) during which you can cancel the policy and receive a full refund of premiums paid.
  • Variable Products: Variable annuities and variable life insurance products have specific cancellation provisions outlined in their prospectuses.

As securities are offered through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC, clients also have access to FINRA's dispute resolution process if needed.
